The SS304 / SS316 side discharge automatic air vent valve is a high grade industrial level air exhausting component designed for closed circulation systems requiring material grade customization. Unlike single material air vents on the market, this product supports two mainstream stainless steel grades for all media contact components: SS304 for general anti rust scenarios and SS316 for harsh corrosive and high purity working conditions.
Adopting mature side discharge exhaust layout, gas is discharged horizontally from the side port of the valve body. Installation & Operation Precautions
•Must install strictly vertically at the highest point of closed circulation pipeline. Keep side discharge port unobstructed. Horizontal or inclined installation will cause exhaust failure, sealing deviation and leakage risk.
•Complete full loop flushing before installation to remove welding slag, metal chips and granular impurities. Foreign particles may jam internal float assembly and cause product malfunction.
•Control tightening torque during thread installation. Excessive torque will damage stainless steel thread. Use high quality compatible sealing gaskets for connection.
•Operate within rated PN16 pressure and 10℃~100℃ working temperature. Sustained over pressure or over temperature will accelerate sealing element aging and trigger dripping leakage.
•Do not arbitrarily disassemble internal float and sealing assemblies. Random disassembly will destroy original matching accuracy and void product performance.
•SS316 version improves corrosion resistance, but is not applicable for strong acid, strong alkali and high concentration chloride media. Confirm medium compatibility before ordering. Avoid heavy mechanical impact to valve body and side discharge port during installation and operation.
