Installation & Operation Precautions
Please follow the specifications below for better performance and longer service life:
•Must be installed vertically at pipeline highest points. Horizontal or inclined installation will disable large cavity gas collection function and cause vent failure.
•Thoroughly flush the whole pipeline loop before installation to clear welding slag and granular impurities. Foreign particles may jam the internal float assembly.
•Do not apply excessive torque during thread installation. Over tightening may damage stainless steel thread structure. Use qualified sealing gaskets for connection.
•Operate within rated PN10 pressure and 0℃-100℃ temperature range. Sustained over pressure or over temperature will accelerate sealing element aging and cause dripping leakage.
•The top manual bleed screw is only for temporary auxiliary exhausting during commissioning and maintenance. Do not keep it open in normal running status. Not suitable for strong corrosive, high particle content viscous medium. Avoid heavy mechanical impact on valve body during installation and usage.
