The Flanged Lift Check Valve is a precision one-way flow control valve independently developed by ZTE VALVE, designed specifically for high-pressure, high-speed and stable fluid pipeline working conditions. Different from swing check valves, this lift-type check valve adopts a vertical up-and-down lifting disc structure, which relies on fluid pressure to lift the valve disc for medium circulation and uses gravity and reverse medium pressure to achieve automatic closing.
Manufactured from high-purity stainless steel, the valve body features integrated forging, compact internal structure and ultra-high sealing accuracy. Equipped with standard flange connection, it is suitable for vertical and horizontal pipeline installation. The lift check valve delivers more sensitive response, better pressure resistance and tighter sealing performance than conventional swing check valves, making it the preferred anti-backflow valve for high-precision industrial pipeline systems.
