As high-power electronics, data center servers and energy storage systems continue to increase in density, liquid cooling has become one of the most effective thermal management solutions. In closed liquid cooling loops, however, even small amounts of trapped air can cause serious problems, including reduced cooling efficiency, flow instability, pump noise and thermal deviation across cooling plates. Stainless steel models are especially suitable for industrial liquid cooling skids, power electronics cooling loops and heavy-duty energy storage systems where mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are required.

Thermal cycle stability is also a critical requirement. Liquid cooling systems experience continuous temperature changes during operation, start-up and shutdown. Air vent valves must remain functional under these cyclic conditions without jamming, weeping or losing sealing performance. For this reason, component durability and material consistency are as important as the venting function itself.

In addition, system integrators are paying more attention to flow path cleanliness. Air vent valves with smooth internal passages and low contamination risk help maintain coolant quality over time. This is particularly valuable in high-density server cooling and battery thermal management applications where fluid cleanliness directly affects cooling performance and service life.
